What are you talking about bad enough?
Maneuvering has been restricted to the point where the only gunfight that exists is standing in front of each other shooting, hoping that you have more HP than the opponent.
We need better maneuvering capabilities in order to put skill back into gun fights. |

What is the point of having uber slow back pedaling?

Yes, people can walk backward as quickly as they can walk forward.
In the game, back pedaling is already very slow to the point that there is no time to shoot while walking backward to cover (and actually get to cover before you die).
If back pedaling is slowed down, then every single step is a committal step. You will be left out in the open with absolutely no recourse. You will be forced to stand there and return fire, or weave toward the opponent, as opposed to properly seeking cover as is done in real battle.
Cover should be a priority, not forcing people to stand out in the open.
Because turn rate is so slow, nobody has time to turn 180 degrees and run backward toward cover and survive the onslaught of fire coming from the enemy.
One needs to be able to keep the pressure of returning fire at the enemy while backing up toward cover.
Slowing the back pedal rate will mean certain death while attempting to back up.
Speeding the back pedal rate will encourage the use of cover, which is gradually becoming obsolete the more we slow down the maneuvering of avatars. |

Not a troll. Very genuine.
I am concerned that all skill is leaving the game in favor of stand face to face, shooting, hoping that you have more HP. |
